It's finally done!~ *^*
The story behind this one is that I saw pictures of other anime characters all over the internet doing the pelvic thrust thing with the police outfit (The original was a GIF of Rin from Free, and other characters were soon drawn wearing it after). I decided to make a Mephisto one because Mephisto is fab, obviously~
